Enojoyed staying at the Hyatt

The Hotel stay was very pleasant, eating and entertainment(movies) are all walking distance. Staff was superb.

Used shampoo in shower. Frozen hamburger from room service. Clock that doesn't work. Dirty fridge. Called desk, no responses, left manager...more
