Super 8 North Myrtle Beach Bar, North Myrtle Beach

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were close to the s theaters,we booked several shows. We were there during the storm. It is not the most modern motel but the value was good. Carlota the housekeeper was excellent. It was bikers week-we are retired -and the bikers were quiet and respectful.

I didn't even get to stay there. All we did was call to find out information and the girl that answered the phone was "unsure" of everything we asked her. I think if you are going to have employees, they should at least be a little knowledgable of their jobs.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT THIS MOTEL THE ELEV. WAS BROKE HAD TO USE STAIRS BUT THATS GOOD TO WE LOVED THE POOL( IT WAS COLD) NOT FAR FROM THE BEACH OR SHOPPING,FOOD, THE PPL WAS NICE AS COULD BE ,I WAS THERE FROM 7/3 TO 7/6 I TOLD MY FRIENDS WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR . U CANT BEAT THE PPL OR THE PRICE THANKS FOR THE ROOM BUDDY RAY

This hotel was a complete dump. There was a terrible odor in the hallway and the room was even worse. The room was extremely dirty. The tub was disgusting. Also there was a used dried up washcloth hanging on the shower rod. We also had to share the room with several roaches. My husband and I both got some kind of bug bites during the night. We were unable to get another room because it was bike week, so we were forced to stay there for 3 nights. It was the worst hotel experience ever.

Hotwire boooked this as a 2 star motel, as does yahoo travel. This place is barely a 1 star! We demanded a complete refund from Hotwire and received one, only problem we had to find a new place to stay on labor day weekend. Marriot by broadway at the beach was excellent....only 25 dollars a night more expensive...well worth it. Bill
