OK hotel if you don't plan to spend much time within

This hotel is centrally located on the main tourist strip in Guam.
Rooms are small and plain, but okay if you get a good rate and aren't planning to spend much time in your room.
The hotel does not have direct access to the beach, even though it is on the beach side of the road. You have to cut through the public access to the left of the hotel.
The lobby is noisy and chaotic - and has a restaurant lounge area that is always busy - though I could not quite understand why.
The pub and lounge on the 3rd floor are boring and sparse - but the prices are quite good for drinks and food and usually have a nice mix of locals, Japanese, Korean, and Taipei guests.
The pool area - which is off one of the upper areas, is small, boring, and useless.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Basically, if you want to get your Holiday Inn points and/or can get a deal on the rooms for around $75 an/or are planning to spend as little time as possible in your hotel - then this hotel might be okay. Otherwise, some of the budget hotels towards the Hard Rock Cafe and Planet Hollywood might be better.
