Studio 6 - North Richland Hills, North Richland Hills

Stayed two nights, booked a reservation the day before and we went to check in and they were out of the 1 bed rooms, so they gave us a room with 2 beds, first nite the ac was very loud and barely cooling. 2nd day we went to the office to pay there $4.95 charge to use the internet which is super slow and they tried to make us change rooms and we told them we werent moving, About 4:00 pm they called and said they were painting the front doors and to expect the painter there. About 45 mins later a guy knocked on the door and couldnt speak any english and preceded to paint the room door and with it 95 degrees outside the room got very hot and never did cool down (took him 30 mins to get the door painted with it open the whole time). When we checked in we had to give a 25.00 deposit since we paid cash and they told us we would get it back at checkout sunday. Went to checkout sunday morning and the office is closed until 12pm(tried to call them several times and they never answered finally got ahold of the answering service that was no help. So now we have to wait to get our deposit back. Overall all just a avg motel. Rooms very small,beds are hard, flat pillows, bad ac's, slow internet. Will NEVER stay there again.
