i stayed 2 days first time i found tampons between the mattress and box spring battery was removed from smoke alarm,swimming pool was drained,no wash clothes for both days went up to get them and was told on both days they forgot to wash them.now that iam home they charged my credit card 15.00 extra so i called them and they said it was because i had a pet.i never had a pet i told them that and they said the house keeper said my room had dog hair in it i swear to god i never had a pet and i never complain but this time they have gone to for for me not to write this complaint,never again will i stay here,scott warnell

Great Value

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very nice. The rooms were clean. It had a location that was convenient for my trip. The day old Krispy Kreme doughnuts were disgusting at the free breakfast.

Overall poor service

Rooms have a distinct unpleasant smell. I rented several rooms for several nights and all problems exist with each room. Poor maid service. Items would not be restocked in room. Poor customer service. Lady at front desk was not the personable type. Of course this is the Days Inn, and you get what you pay for. The smell and poor maid service wern't so bad they couldn't be overlooked, it was the basic atmosphere at front dest that made me decide to change reservations to a different place. Just because of her, they lost close to 2500.00 in revenue. Is she worth that much to the owner?????
