It seems that the Management is lack in supervising the housekeeping. The pillows in our room smelled of perspiration, the cleaning of the bathroom was sloppy; failed to provide even toiled paper--we had to go get at the front desk. Towels were not fresh, and also did not leave enough for the two of us. We had stayed here previously and were satisfied except for one ocassion in which my mattress had a urine smell, which we reported to the front desk, but we did not even get an appology. Could be a very nice place like in the past, but if maids want to get good tips, they need to excel in their work.

Luxury at a relatively bargain price

A perfect place for one or several nights. New, great bed and pillows, quiet and efficient heat/A/C. Vast selection TV stations. Friendly staff. Great continental breakfast, with hot items and varied coffee/tea selection. This would cost $200 or more in D.C. area/SF/NYC, etc. I wish all hotels/motels were like this.

Why I would go back!

I liked the fact that they were not an expensive hotel and that it was a hotel I was ver familar with. I have stayed in quite a few Hampton Inns, during my travels. I have found them to be a friendly place and the rooms are designed to make you feel comfortable. I also enjoy the fact that they have a very nice continental breakfast, with fresh fruit and pastries. At some I have even found them to serve egg omletes or waffle and pancakes. I have reccommended this hotel to all my family and friends that travel across the United States.
