Holiday Inn Express Ridgeland North, Ridgeland

Found this hotel while traveling on business in Jackson, MS to be a delight. Spotless, clean, fresh new everything! Our company frequently uses Holiday Inn brands and this is by far the best of the best. Friendly staff, clean, bright rooms and the entire hotel was perfect. Would recommend to anyone traveling into the Jackson area.

Housekeeping did not supply towels the first two nights. They did not make or change the bed linens the third night. On the last day of my stay I noticed a tray of food that was left in the microwave for a long period of time. The room was filthy with hair on the towels, in the tub and sink. Management stated there are problems with the housekeeping staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not stay again.

When I entered my room, the pillows were laying on the couch. There were no wash cloths in the room. The floors in the bathroom were covered in hair. The person I traveled with had no linens in her room. The second day her bed was not even made up. There was a plate of food in her microwave, that had been there for a while. The third day, no fresh linens again. The only reason we contiuned to stay was the evening shift lady was a great person. She was so nice. We will be traveling to that area again, but will not stay at this hotel.
