Hampton Inn Stafford, Stafford

Hotel was kept clean. Satellite channels had a high whine in the audio. 3rd Floor vending machine was empty. Coffee lids don't fit cups right and scalded myself as a result.

The room was fine but when we got home we noticed a $100 extra charge on our account. I called many times before an actual manager was there to "help" me. She told me a housekeeper saw us sneak an animal into our room so they charged us extra! We did not have an animal in our room and the manager at this hotel was not helpful at all. We were not apologized to once. This took over 2 weeks to resolve. Also when I was told I would get a phone call back between 5-6pm, I called the hotel because I never received a phone call and they said the managers day was over at 4pm. So basically the manager lied to me knowing that she would not be working at that time. Absolutely terrible customer service skills, very unprofessional. The people that I talked to that worked under this manager were more professional than she was! So basically there is a family that actually did sneak an animal in their room that did not have to go through any of this trouble. Oh and by the way while I was on the phone with this manager named Erica she added to her professionalism by laughing while I talked to her. My husband and I always try to stay at a Hampton when we travel, but this experience has made us want to find a new chain of hotels to use.

Went out of their way to repair my flat tire.Great Breakfast and comfortable room. Staff very friendly especially assistant manager Erika.Rooms were freshly warm with proper light and fresh smell.

I love this place, i come here often and truly is the only place where the staff is always willing to help and give a smile. The rooms are great, not to mention the beds. I would not trade this Hotel for any other. Thank you Hampton Inn Stafford.

Seems this place can't get the reservation right, booked for a non-smoke, got smoking. moved to another room next day, then I ended up going home with bed bugs. I ended up spending over $2000 for exterminators and lundry. I sent e-mail to report the issue, no response, so I am assuming that bugs are still there, so make sure you bring bug spray and wash all your cloth and bag when you get home. Not recommended at all, but service.

I enjoyed every part of my stay in this hotel. The staff was fabulous, and the location was convenient to all the places I needed to be. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed very comfortable. A sign directing me to the hotel from 95/Rt 1 would have been helpful, but my stay was a delight. I was very impressed! Thank you for a terrific weekend. I will return to this hotel.

THE SERVICE AND CARE YOU GUYS PROVIDED WAS EXCELLENT. HATS OFF TO THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL. THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
