Nothing good to say about this Resort
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/13/10
We were given a different room than we were promised. The carpet was fithy and we had no hot water for 2 days. we asked if we could be moved and we were told by the manager that there were no rooms for us. We wont be staying here again

Nothing in the room worked
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/04/09
Our first stay here was not what we expected the keys that we were given did not work and we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive and let us in. When we entered the room we were met by a foul odor that we soon found out was from the toilet that someone used and was unflushed. we asked for another room and we were told none were available. The reception on both TVs was very bad and no remotes in room. The last straw came when a staff member nearly ran over my wife with a golf cart. needless to say that will be the last time we stay there.

Super vacation!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/05/08
Location, location, location. The World Golf Hall of Fame and several really nice restaurants, including Bill Murray's Caddyshack are a SHORT and pleasant walk down beautifully landscaped walks. There is a nice golf shop and the pool area is just outstanding. This is a golf lovers PARADISE! The pool is huge, the hot tug is huge and the grounds are extremely well-planned and clean. There's a great basketball area, a nice playground for youngsters, a volleyball net in the pool and a really nice, albeit small exercise room. The rooms have wireless internet (although it is pricey, it works well), and the staff was helpful. We had a problem with the wrong size unit our first night, but the general manager, Vesko, had it all straightened out the next morning and compensated us nicely with a couple of free golf rounds at a $150 per round course next door--you just couldn't have asked for better customer service!! The rooms are showing a little wear, but overall--a SUPER vacation! Nearly St. Augustine has many great things to do--we recommend the ghost tours and the Old Town Trolley with The Old Jail. Don't use Smile High Parasail--they are very unreliable, but St. Augustine Beach AND Anastasia State Park are gorgeous beaches!! You won't be disappointed!

I'll be back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/05/07
Went with a group of ladies. We had two condos. Everything was beyond our expections. The locale was perfect for sightseeing. It had more than we could do in the 4 days we were there. Some of the furnishings could use an update; however, the amenties were all there. We loved the Imax and the Hall of Fame(even the none golfers). It just far enough away from the touristy traffic to be quiet at the end of a very long day. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Such great golfing. The amenities are truly out of this world. The time spent here was so relaxing. Enjoyed my stay. Spacious, clean, luxurious rooms.

So So
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/29/05
We were there with several family members for the Thanksgiving holiday. We rented about 10 units. My 2 bedroom unit was very nice except for the cockroach/waterbugs in the bathroom. Other than that, the staff seems to be confused about how to check people in and out. Confirmation of the reservations were never mailed or emailed as promised, even though they charge your credit card for the first night, months ahead of your stay. Reservations and the back office just seem to not be experienced or very helpdul. The resort is nice, and the children enjoyed the pool and activities. I probably will not stay there again.

Golf Lovers Dream
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/12/05
Beautiful scenery, quite area with much to do nearby. Historic St. Augustine was beautiful and perfect distance from this resort. Beautiful pool and clubhouse. One bedroom suite did not offer the best view but the overall atmosphere made up for that.
