The BEST Hotel in Jakarta...or ANYWHERE
I stayed here on a very long stay, from Oct-11 to Jan 12. I have to say if you have a problem with this hotel, it may be you, not the staff. The managers made it a point to make sure everyone knows who you are by the 2ns or 3rd day. I had a chance to get to know alot of them personally, and looked forward to coming back here each day. I was always greated with a smile and warm welcome, from the time I got out of taxi, to the time I closed my room door. The amenities are extrordinary, plus the complimentary message was welcomed each week. I liked being on the pool level on the week ends seeing the families enjoying their selves. They had some of the biggest weddings I've ever saw, some up to 4000 in the Grand Ball Room. Security was outstanding. My bed was changed daily, room was very clean. They brought fresh fruit and replaced everything once I left for work.
This was the only hotel I stayed at (extended stay wise) that the staf f was sad upon my departure. I will be returning this hotel anytime I'm in this area. Good news iis they will be opening a Mulia in Bali 2012, so I have a second choice there too.
The resturants are world class, the Cafe' in the Mulia also provides the room service, so there is no drop in quality. They also make candies on the ground floor level. Same as the 3 other resturants
