The hotel staff was very friendly, but they obviously don't have any control over the hotel cleaning service department. They didn't clean the hotel rooms every night. I went to work daily and returned from work arrive 5pm in the evening and they had NOT cleaned the room. I had to ask them to clean my room. what a bummer! I've stayed in hotels on a weekly basis since March, 2010 and I've never seen such poor service upon cleaning the rooms. Sometimes they didn't remove the dirty towels from the bathroom. They didn't clean the bath room counters and soap dish either.

it was a great place to stay we will go back. the rooms were very nice there big. the kids had a great time.they wanted to stay another night.

It was the noisiest place I have ever stayed in, and I have travelled to every state in the Union. Doors slammed loud all night (I finally fell asleep after 4:00 am), and I could not control the room's air conditioning, which just did it's own thing. The breakfast buffet smelled bad, so I went to a local place for some good food.
