not happy

I booked a spa room at the Duxton about 4 months prior to my wedding night, on the day of my wedding my wife's cousin contacted the Duxton to confirm my booking - all the details were matched as well as the price etc etc. On the wedding night we were driven there my wife obviously very happy to be at the Duxton. Upon check in our booking has somehow disappeared. What was supposed to be the happiest night of our lives ended up being a near disaster, my wife was very close to tears, luckily a room was still available however with no view or spa. To the Duxtons side of things complimentary room service was added however a few days later I rang the Hotel to speak to the Manager to find out how my booking had disappeared I was told I would either be notified by post or email - now being the 8th of April just over 2 months from my visit I have had nil response. I did lose the reference number for the booking for the night however as I previously mentioned the booking was confirmed on the morning of my wedding.
Not at all happy with the only part of the day that was unsatisfactory was the night in a so called 5 star hotel
