this casino does not exist, is it planning to return

My dislike about the Casino Magic is when i was displaced by Hurricane Katrina and I had applied for the disaster funds they said that they had not received the paper work. I had been working at Casino Magic From June 2000 until I was displaced by Hurricane Katrina. They said that i was too late but i had turned it in well before the time limit. I have the receipt for this transaction.

Why are people giving *excellent* reviews for a casion that doesn't exist anymore? My husband and I went there for our honeymoon in 2004. We got the Romance Package. Just imagine opening the door and seeing strawberries, champagne and rose petals leading the way to the bed and jacuzzi.. and it pains me that a place that I will forever tie to the beginning of our union isn't even around..Why do things have to change? :(

My husband and I have spent several vacations at Casino Magic. The first time we traveled there from our home in North Carolina, we were planning to stay only a couple of days - After a week, our kids were wondering if we were ever coming home. The atmosphere, service and gaming is great. You are made to feel like you are the most important people around. Why go anywhere else when everything you need is under one roof?

We have stayed there on several occasions and enjoyed them all. Best value along the strip for hotel. The breakfast bar was excellent with a wide variety of food. The slots were paying out fairly regular so everyone had a good time. We would definitely stay there again!!

I stayed next door at the Isle of Capri and there is no Casino Magic, thanks to Katrina. It is a gutted out shell of a building. They are working on it, but it will be a loonnggg time before it is operable again.

My husband and I stayed there shortly after he returned from Iraq. We were treated with such respect. We needed the time together, the rose peatels on the bed and tub were such a treat. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart

Sheer beauty, great atmosphere the service was stellar!!!My Husband and I had a super time there on his business trip. We will be return next sumer for some R and R.

We are both retired and we both enjoy gambling. We don't go overboard because of our fixed income. The service is great and the slots are open but naturally could be better. Our comps we receive are a welcome sight in the mail. Catrina did a devastating blow to all. Employees got hit hard, southern Mississippi lost a lot of income and overall, we all suffered. The casino and hotel was always clean and the food was great. We're looking for the reopening. Thanks again and Happy New Year to everyone. Rose & Harry Berling

We like everything about Casino Magic. It is clean and everyone is so nice - from the front desk to housekeeping staff. I love the Casino. Only wish that they had a poker room so my husband would be able to play there more. He loves live poker.......
