Microtel Inn Janesville, Janesville

My husband and I stayed here a week for a business trip. Breakfast started every day at 6:30 am but the last day they put a hand written sign on the door and didn't have breakfast until 7:00 am even though it was ready at 6:15 am and people were lined up at the door to get it ..they locked us out. I asked the gentelmen on duty at the front desk why breakfast wasn't at the normal time of 6:30 am and he said his boss called and told him not to open the door until 7:00 am and he didn't know the reason. So my husband had to go to work without breakfast and a lot of people who left the hotel early had to leave without breakfast. Won't be staying again.

everything is very good, very close restorant, close to shopping center, walk in park room was clean and comfortebale front staff was great helpfull, seating area nice break fast room nice great!

The rooms are always very clean, the staff goes above and beyond for their guest. One thing I don't like, my husband and I are both work nights, and tend not to wake before 10 am. they always have their breakfast cleaned up before 9:30. Other than that I have really enjoyed our stays there.
