Quality Inn at ASU - Airport, Tempe

By far the best customer service of any Hotel I have ever been to. The rooms were clean and comfortable the Free breakfast was fresh and hot everyday. Shuttle to and from the airport and rental car company, Had several conversations with the owner Vijay, his brother Bob and his son R.J. Outstanding people with a genuine customer service attitude. I will never stay anywhere except here when in the Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa areas. I have never felt more comfortable or welcome at any Hotel including those that are 3 and 4 times the price.

As a first-time, young solo traveler I was scared about finding my way between Sky Harbor airport and this hotel. They offer a free hotel shuttle, and there was some mis communication when I was waiting for it at the airport, but once they knew I was waiting they sent out a driver for me right away who took me right to the hotel. The same driver then brought me back to the airport the following morning. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful and the driver who took me to/from the airport saved me a lot of stress and hassle. The rooms are also wonderful at this hotel. I stayed in a suite when I came here with my boyfriend and was really impressed at how large/nice the room was for the rate, and on my most recent trip my smaller room was just as nice. And the mattresses are super comfortable, even more comfortable than my bed at home. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to my friends :) (I posted this same review on two different websites just to get the word out, but it's not spam lol)

I stayed there for 5 nights during the RNR Marathon. Great price ($71). Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast buffet. Had everything you would need, even a waffle maker. Free wireless and computer in lobby. Free USA Today, quiet rooms (even though we were across from ice maker and elevators) 4 Peaks Brewery is short walk away. Simple room but definitely worth the price. Would stay there again.

THe neighborhood is a little scary. Next door there was a police situation going on with some people arguing in the street. The room could've been a little cleaner, but the bed was comfortable enough and they serve a decent complimentary breakfast.
