The front desk staff is extremely nice and willing to do whatver it takes to make your stay pleasant. They were great at giving directions to the hotel and how to get around town. The only issue I has was dead batteries in my remote but the lady at the front desk was quick to get me a new one and even brought it to my room. The room was quite nice and i loved how comfortable my bed was. Before, I stayed, I noticed where people complained of a smoke smell in the past, and since i am allergic i asked the front desk person about this problem. She informed me that the 3rd floor is a smoking floor and at times it can make the hallway smell. She was more than happy to put me on a completely smoke-free floor that smelled and looked great! The breakfast is standard but good quality and HEALTHY, and i was told that the hotel is hoping to switch to a hot breakfast in the near future. The price for the room is very reasonable. I would- without a doubt- stay at this hotel again!

This location was convenient stop in our travels and the price was great! Was told that hotel is under new management and had just been remodeled recently and we thought it looked clean and nice. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel seems to be falling apart. The rooms are not clean, they seem like they are just lightly gone over. The linens are stained, not only the towels, but the sheets also. The smoking rooms smell up the whole hall. The breakfast selection is not that great. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and my family will not be staying there again.
