Hotel Opera, Prague

The hotel's location is terrible. It's in the new town as opposed to the old town (the most beautiful part of prague). If you decide to stay here expect backchat from the receptionist and the bell boy. The level of customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I stayed here the first night of my honeymoon with my husband. We had to check out early because we were made to feel unwelcome. It's just not worth the stress. Stay somewhere where you will be treated as a valued customer.
