Holiday Inn Express Pinetop, Pinetop-Lakeside

We stayed June 2004 for a few nights on spur of the moment. We were greeted warmly at the front desk at almost midnight. The clerk was very chipper for that time of evening and helpful with directions on where we were going the next day.

In the morning, the breakfast had just ended when we finally got downstairs to eat. The morning clerk was just as friendly as the previous night clerk and was more than happy to allow us to have breakfast, at a leisurely pace and did not rush us. She even refilled items so that we may have plenty of whatever we wanted. We chatted with her later that morning and got more information about the area.

I have traveled all over the country, and the world for that matter and found the employees at this hotel exceptional. They were friendly and helpful whenever we had contact with them.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the tall pines right outside of our window.

We stumbled upon a little gem in the mountains by staying at this hotel and will stay again, next time we are in the area.
