Very pleased with our hotel stay

Check-in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and very clean. Well lighted, noise free and comfortable. Breakfast bar had a number of items to choose from and they were well stocked. Above all, the personnel were very friendly and helpful. The only downside would be that the hotel sits behind another hotel on the access road and is hard to see from the main drag. Took us a little while to find it. Overall, very nice place and would highly recommend it.

This hotel was wonderful. I booked the night before and I have been to Fayetteville many times and stayed in different hotels this is by far my favorite. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also they had over booked the hotel upgraded my room and just for the change gave me a complimentary gift bag with water, crackers, and chips. I was blown away. Extremely clean and located in a great place close to everything.

I have to travel to Fayetteville 2 or 3 times a year. I have enjoyed this hotel everytime. The staff is friendly and my room is kept clean for the duration of the visit which is can be as long as 7 days. The location makes it easy to get to and from with the core of Fayetteville's activities within minutes of this place. I have stayed at several others for the same amount of money and this is where I get the best service for the dollar. The staff truly tries their best to satify all the guest..

Horrible

The service i recieved at the holiday in express by ft. bragg was horrible. I am a member of the U.S. Army so they told me i would get a discount from the regular prcie of $110 to $86. I thought i was getting a good deal. I was wrong. I stayed there 2 nights and rented 1 movie. Total of around $190 to $200 right? Nope! I payed with my debit card and they charged me $340!! They tried telling me i rented 6 movies ($70) and that i stayed for 3 nights. My adivce..never stay there unless you like getting ripped off. 1/20/08

Hotel was nice and clean well landscaped and rooms were large and comfortable. Location was good also. The sevice was good and the front desk check-in and out was quick and friendly.
