False and misleading
By dissatisfied, 08/04/08
This place is a good example of false advertising; two queens, nicely decorated, work station table with chairs, free continental breakfast. FACTS: twin beds, no table or chairs in which to work, and coffee is the "new" international breakfast, which I was told, "i'll make it in just a minute". Too bad I don't drink coffee. I would have consumed a pot full to fill my empty stomach. Instead, I went on down to IHOP to get some real food. All this is fine if that's what one expects, but lying about it? Come on folks, can't you earn an honest living?

worst hotel ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/28/07
Stains on the sheets, smells horrible, loud, dirty, and management are unwilling to help. This hotel is a dump. I would NOT recommend, for your own health, that you stay here

Good Price, Clean, but dated and noisy
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/19/06
My wife and I stayed here for one night so that we would be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The first room that we got was small and had a musty smell covered by some type of cleaning deordorant that my wife could not stand to smell. I asked the clerk to cancel our room but instead he gave us another room that was an improvement. The room was closer to the street and you could here airplanes and street traffic all night. The walls were thin and you could hear the people next door weather you wanted to or not. As stated in an earlier review the towels were thin and small and no floor towel was provided. This place is good if you need to be close to the airport for an early flight (if you can sleep with the noise) but I would not stay longer. According to reviews of other properties close by you can probably have a more comfortable stay for approxamatley $25 more.

I wish there were "Negative Stars" for which to rate this place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/07/06
"America's Best Value Inn"? Maybe they should raise the price and up the service. I did not stay in the hotel, but i parked my car there for 10 days while on vacation. Upon the return of my vacation, it took more than an hour to get picked up at the airport. AND I FOUND DAMAGE TO MY CAR. I told the employee about it, and he said a supervisor would call me the next morning. It has been 4 days and NO PHONE CALL. This is an OUTRAGE(as i live in Canada and can't just drive over there easily). I would NOT advise ANYONE to park here, or stay here even tho the rate seems wonderful. It is not worth it at all

A handyman's nightmare
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/05
This motel needs to be demolished. There were holes in the walls, towel hangers coming off the wall, stairway was cracked and dangerous. Beds were hard and bedspread looked as if it had been purchased at a second hand store. No remote for the television and when asked for one - no person responded. Cleanliness was not great - no one had looked behind the bathroom door. Toliet seat needed replaced. Shuttle from the airport - waited 25 minutes. Shuttle to the airport was fine.

What I'd expect for a $40 a night hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/18/05
This hotel was what I expected for a $40 a night hotel. It was somewhat run-down and noisy due to some highway construction. The sheets were clean though and it was close to the airport.

Looking forward to another stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/11/05
The service was good. The person behind the counter was helpful with driving directions in and around Seattle. Found room to be clean and comfortable. Price was just right. Location from airport very convenient. The breakfast was not to my liking but, with IHOP only a minute walk from the hotel it was OK.

Great Room for The Cost
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/20/04
I really liked the hotel, it was nice and clean. The people were really nice. My only complaint is the parking, as they also use the lot for a park and ride business. There was construction going on when I got there, but everything else about the room was great.

Comfortable room, but disappointing service
By Terry, 07/01/04
The room, while offering no amenities (like shampoo), was comfortable. However, upon my arrival (late at night), I was unable to reach the shuttle service from airport to hotel (no one answered the phone), therefore, I ended up paying for a taxi. When I arrived at the hotel, even though the "open" sign was on, the office was dark and locked which caused me to panic that I would not be able to check in for the night. The shuttle/office worker eventually showed up; apparently there was only one person on the night shift to manage both shuttle & front desk. A message on the phone (that never got answered since the desk person was already on her way to the airport, but I didn't know that) as well as a notice on the office door saying desk person would return shortly, would've been appreciated (just such a sign was on the door the 2nd night I stayed; however, it was NOT posted when I arrived the 1st night). Also, the complimentary breakfast turned out to be coffee/juice and a pre-packaged set of muffins (I was expecting something more like fresh bagel, danish, or muffin and fresh fruit would've been nice).
