Comfort Inn Little Rock, Little Rock

This use to be my favorite hotel in Little Rock. It has gone to the dumps. I reserved a business suite and the internet did not work. I reported it to the front desk and I was told, sometime it works and sometime it doesn’t. They did not offer to move me to another room. On my previous stay, the toilet stopped up, I reported it to the front desk and they handed me a plunger. I guess since I stay at their hotel once a week, they though I worked for maintenance. They just lost my business. When I checked out, they did bother to ask me how my stay was. I guess they did care.
