Ocean Trillium Suites, New Smyrna Beach

This place a perfect retreat - it is almost like it is yours for the week! We have stayed here often in the past few years - it is small town living at the beach. We walk to Manny's for breakfast and enjoy small downtown. The rooms are clean and well furnished.

spent a weekend with the family in early April. Hotel seemed to be very well run. Location was nearly perfect. All the rooms appear to have nice ocean views. I saw a couple reviews whining about rude staff. I certainly didn't see anything like that. Could be true but I would find it easier to believe there were rude guests :)

It's really everything they advertised. My wife and I have stayed here 5 times and never had any problems with anyone. They really try to pay attention to your needs as guest.

My husband and I have been staying at the Ocean Trillium several times each year since the mid-80s and have never been disappointed. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the suites are attractively furnished and always very clean. There is a wonderful view of the Atlantic from every balcony. Several good restaurants nearby. An excellent value!

This is a great location to just go to get away for the week or week end! Close to everything you want to do! A great resteraunt next door...........Spectacular view of the ocean from all rooms,,,,,Clean, Clean, Clean! Hope you all have as good of time as we did!

I have been staying in NSB about 3 or 4 times a year for 15 years and I have never had a bad experience until now. We decided to stay someplace new this trip for Easter weekend and thought the rooms were great for the price, which they were, if you dont mind being harassed starting at 8:30 in the morning (while we were ALL still sleeping). The staff was miserable, it started at check-in and finally ended when they very unpolitely asked us to leave their hotel. Which was truly a blessing in disguise! It seems they dont much care for teenagers, (I have one who is very well behaved and he brought a friend, I will mention that there is a fee for each additional person, which is pretty standard, and I added him on at check in). Between the harassing phone calls and the manager barging into the room while the boys were completely naked in the changing process, it was a truly horrible experience. We ended up going to the Holiday Inn, where we were treated very nicely, (even they had heard terrible things about this place) and had a wonderful rest of the weekend

Right on the beach, big rooms with awesome view. Nice pool with view of ocean. There is really not too much to complain about with this hotel at $120/night.

OUR FAMILY IS ALWAY'S GOING TO PICK OCEAN TRILLUIM EACH YEAR DURING NASCAR SPEED WEEK. THE LOCATION IS JUST PERFECT AND STILL VERY CLOSE TO THE INTERSTATE TO GET TO THE TRACK,WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM'S AND FEEL THAT OCEAN TRILLIUM IS A VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT PROPERTY FOR YOUR VACATION NEED'S AND AT A GREAT PRICE!THE VIEW IS GREAT AND THE SOUND OF THE WAVES CRASHING IN AT NIGHT MAKE'S FOR A GREAT NIGHT SLEEP WITH THE PATIO DOOR LEFT OPEN.

WE have visted twice now. Can't go wrong. NO frills . Just clean room with easy beach access. We plan to go back as often as we can.

This was a great place for the money, before peak season we only paid 110. a nite for a five nite stay. The suite was roomy and was kept clean. The balcony view of ocean was perfect. Its not the Ritz but was a very enjoyable stay, we will call them for our next visit.
