Best Western Apache Junction Inn, Apache Junction

very cozy and had a very old western style.the swimming pool was really clean.the hotel was also in a nice location.it also seemed like it was in a nice area.the price is good

I have stayed at this property once a year for the past 5 years, and have found it consistently to be clean, quiet, and a solid value. I will continue to stay here when I go to the East Valley area of Phoenix.

Staff was rude never actually stayed at motel. staff gave incorrect information and because of the info unable to complete a reservation called mgr he would not even let me finish my senctences and failed to offer any solutions for my problem.

We were offered a room that had a filthy carpet. When we complained we were told that they don't clean them often - what do we expect? I never have had such a rude treatment - really. The pool was not appealing and the rooms were not well kept. There was a smell of "heavy cooking" in the lobby-eating area. The price was much higher than the AAA book and the experience was a lot lower (It now has been lowered from 3 diamonds to 2 diamonds). The newer places are about a mile south along the expressway - they are better bets. The places on the old highway (Apache Trail) are losing customers by their location. This placed used to be a Holiday Inn Express and lost its affiliation. Breakfast was the best part and the proximity to the Arizona Opry and the AJ Public Library are strong points. We couldn't wait to leave. I hope you have a better stay - it could easily be improved.

We were told that their were only 2 rooms left when we booked our room. Upon arrival their were 50 rooms left and ourselves and another couple had the whole place to ourselves. The carpeting was filty and rooms were unkeep. I would not consider this Inn again, unless it has a new ownership from 1 year back. We paid top price-89.00 and felt that this motel should have been a range of 34.00. Who rated this motel best in Apache Junction?

This place is extrememly great. You cannot find a better value anywhere around there because I have been to all the hotels there its the best. The pool is nice a clean. The rooms always have everything working and when I make reservation my room is always cool when I get in. This hotel is at my top 5!!
