The Club H.O.G. awesome experience!

We came as part of Club H.O.G. for the rally in Chattanooga. We arrived 8/24 and left 8/28. From the moment we set foot through the door until the moment we left, it was one of our best vacation experiences ever.
The young lady at the front desk went out of her way to find us just the right suite. She didn't have to, but she did and did it with a smile. I loved the little wipes for removing makeup and I asked the Housekeeping lady if she had a few extra. She gave me more than enough and was so very sweet.
Best of all was the Guest Services Manager, Joshua Smart. He was always a presence, making sure everyone was taken care of. As bikers, we are used to sometimes having people turn their noses up at us. Not here. We were treated like royalty. There was parking marked off so we could know our bikes were safe. There were the yummy breakfasts and the snacks in the afternoon. The keg of beer was an incredble touch. I don't drink beer, but I thought it was so nice for the manager to think of that for those of us who do.
The rooms were clean, the staff always had a smile and we never worried about anything. We knew the room would be clean and fresh when we got back from a hot day at the rally. Then we'd have a dip in the crystal clean pool and finish it off with a soak in the hot tub.
We loved the ice cold milk. Never have I tasted anything as cold and good. And always, Mr. Smart was there to ask if everything was going well and if we had everything we needed.
We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know and we will come back for another visit. We own property in Tellico Plains, but we'll stay at this hotel and make the day trip to see the property.
