Quality Inn Downtown South, San Antonio

Stayed for five nights; besides being in the barrio, it seemed like a nice place. I soon ran into problems getting enough towels for everyone (we had 5 guests in 2 rooms) because after room service had come we didn't have enough clean towels. Room service sometimes didn't come until after we got back for the day (after 5pm). Out of five nights, the wireless internet only worked for 1 1/2 days and they seemed unconcerned that it wasn't working. They had a tech coming but he wouldn't be there for a few days. The carpets were absolutely filthy! If my kids ran around the room for longer than 15 minutes without socks on, their feet ended up being black from the dirt in the carpet. Customer service was poor overall as it seemed like they didn't have any concern for any problems that I told them about. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough, the pool was decent, and the hot breakfast was the only good thing I can remember from my visit. If I ever had a need to stay in San Antonio again, it would definitely NOT be at this motel.
