Horrible Honeymoon

Very nice, clean hotel; however, customer service was lacking. Booked a king suite for our wedding night 2 months in advance and noted that we would be arriving late on the night of our wedding. We arrived after midnight and were told that we were getting the "last room available" (which happened to be a twin bed). We were told nothing could be done, we could not get another room, regardless of the fact that we had RESERVED a king suite. No manager was on site, as it was after midnight. Not in the mood to drive around and look for another hotel, and having to get up early to catch a flight, we decided to spend our wedding night at Hyatt. Spoke with the manager in the morning, who apologized and refunded our money. Very upset with this hotel's reservation policy and lack of effort to correct the situation immediately.
