Fairfield Inn Suites by Marriott Midland, Midland

Upon arriving, the valet service started out horrible. It got worse. No bar to get a cocktail or wine or beer. The room was fine, even thougt it was for handicapped. After begging for our car and finally getting it, we went to dinner and got in about 10 PM only to find the room next door to us was having a wild blowout party complete with screaming and yealing. We thought that it might calm down and after 30 minutes we called the front desk and lodged a complaint. Nothing changed. So after another 30 minutes, we called and complained again and was told that the people would be told that if they didn't quiet down they would be kicked out of the hotel. They quieted down for a while and then started up again about 1 AM. AT 2:30 we had it and were ready to move out ourselves. We called the front desk again and they told us that the partyers would be kicked out and finally the noise stopped. At 8:00 AM the next morning we knocked on the door and the people answered the door, so they were not kicked out. We hardly got any sleep and the Hotel did not help. The next morning, we went to the free breakfast and was excellent, however it ws ruined when a white trash guy in nasty shorts and completely barefooted set near us and completely grossed us out.
