nice rooms,a little high but still a pleasent stay

I called and cancelled my reservations 2 wks in advance yet they still charged my credit card and refuse to do anything about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they like paying for something they did not receive!!!

We were very impressed with this hotel. All the hotel staff were so friendly and happy. First impressions are everything! The hotel and our room was very clean; the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice tile in the bathroom. Loved the bowed shower curtain rod. The pool area was clean and tidy. The menu book in the lobby was very handy and the fresh-baked cookies in the evening were a wonderful treat. The breakfast area was clean and neat and the food was fresh, tasty and well-stocked. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. The town of Red Lodge is fantastic as usual. I've been visting there since I was a child.

The desk clerk had her boyfriend there all night and was being very open about there relationship. We were embarrassed to interupt them mauling each other. The day shift was beyond nice and professional. thank you Mike & Ashley

Welcoming staff, beyond expectations. Always quick to answer any need. Bright and well appointed lobby. Rooms with everything one needs and more. Extremely comfortable for the price. Great location as well.

I have stayed at this hotel, they were PET FRIENDLY, the hotel was new and SUPER CLEAN, their services were excellent, and clerks couldn't get any kinder and helpful. Highly reccomended for Red Lodge! Regina Labrum Big Sky, Montana

This motel was a great place to stay. The man at the desk was very helpful with places to eat as well as an alternate route to Yellowstone Park (Beartooth Pass was closed). We enjoyed the spa and the breakfast was very good. We will stay there again when in Red Lodge.
