Great location near MSP airport

Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! I am now looking to purchase the same mattress for my wife and I at home. The service was outstanding... could not ask for more. Now, if only NWA would take lessons from these folks!

The suite had everything we needed, the view was great (we were facing South, towards the little lake, not the other hotel), the breakfasts were ample, with a great variety. No complaints about the pool, and we couldn't use the outdoor deck as it was only March, but it looked inviting. Parking is easy, the hotel is located near several restaurants and gas stations, and you can get to the Minnesota Zoo without using the freeways. Nitpickers might single out the lack of a bathroom fan, but hey, if you're all in the same family, who needs it? Also, the exercise room was well-equipped for such a small space. I recommend this hotel, especially for those with kids.

Plusses Breakfast was hot, and had scrambled eggs, and sausage. Thought this level was for the Residence Inn line. Firm, comfortable beds, clean linen, enough pillows, strong shower, convenient neighborhood. Pool and exercise room. In Room Internet, and lobby wi-fi. Good value. Negatives Had no blower/fan in the bathroom. Carpet worn -- could use replacement. Sleeper is uncomfortable.

Great Suites

The staff was very friendly and smiley! Our suite was incredibly clean. It room itself had a seperate living room and bedroom, which didn't have a door to separate the rooms. This was a nice feature because it was easier to watch my children. The suite had a small fridge & microwave. This hotel also had a great breakfast. I actually got to make my own waffle. This hotel has a nice outdoor deck off thier indoor pool that overlooks a small pond. It's a great view when the sun is shinning! This is a great place to stay and has resonable rates. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone!

Not really a suite

The room was not a suite in that it did not have separate rooms. Also, the room is very narrow. It is difficult to watch tv from anywhere in the room because the tv is situated where the room is narrowest, at the room divider. The continental breakfast was ok.
