I hate to say this, but we were the customers no one likes to see in their establishment. First we needed two rooms. Then we needed only one....no , wait....two rooms.....ooops, only one. Every time we needed to re-arrange our reservations were treated professionally and, more importantly, with kindness. The front desk understood our circumstances and treated us like we were family. Thank you so much, Tori! I hope your bosses understand what a truly wonderful employee you are!!!!! Any time we need to stay in Kennewick it will ONLY be at your hotel. Oh, and the room and the breakfast were great too! But, WOW what outstanding Customer Service
