Cambremon Hotel, Buenos Aires City

I booked a room, and when I arrived , they said there were almost no guests at the hotel, and they took us to the room, in a kind of garden , in the first floor, small, and not very nice. At firstsight it was not worth the value, but...we were tired and we had to continue travelling at 9 in the morning next day,so we stayed. We couldn't leave the heat on, because it made an awful noise. And at 6!!! in the morning, there was a constant engine in our ears,coming from the wall next to our heads. We could'nt sleep anymore, so we called the front desk. And the knew this, they said it was the extractor at the kitchen and they made us...at 6! change our rooms, because there were many without guests...now my question...WHY did they accomodate us, tired travellers, driving the whole day, paying our bills in that awful room! When we went to have breakfast, the whole staff knew what happened, and the only person offering an apologize ,was the waiter at the bar. Because it is well known ,he said, that the guests in that room never sleep. So..... this hotel is dangerous. They don't care about guests, and probably , the receptionists laugh about how they ruin people's nights.
