Very great stay!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/06/07
We went for Thanksgiving 2007. No plans just went got a really good rate on a King Suite. The room and bathroom were very clean, every morning our room was cleaned. All early afternoon I saw people cleaning (rooms, walls, elevator doors, light fixtures, vending machines, etc.) Honestly I was very impressed. Every morning was a hot breakfeast and opened til like 10:00 am so we did not have to jump up at 7:00 in the morning to hurry down for breakfeast. The man in the afternoon behind the counter greeted us when we were leaving or coming back asking if we had a good time and the lady in the evening ( I wish I could remember names) she would always help me with what to do the next day, gave me coupons for money off to places to go. We stayed from Thursday ( Thanksgiving Day)until the Sunday and got to check out at 12:00pm. Overall we just had a good stay and felt like home. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave with a huge counter where we brought in food for snacks and some travel stuff and had a place to lay everything out. My little boy had his own bed and play area to hang out in at night after we got back from roaming around. He had all his toys laid out and watched his own TV while we were on the other side watching out TV. It also right across from the mall and by a HUGE Walmart. Thank you Hampton Inn Hot Springs for a great stay!!! We will be back. Jennifer, Chuck, & Zane Rulon

HUGE bathrooms. Good beds. Helpful and nice front desk staff. One of my nicer Hot Springs hotel experiences. Just was nice as the Embassy but cost less!

Overall good place to stay
By , 09/09/07
We spent two days over the Labor Day weekend here and didn't have any major complaints. The rooms were clean as well as the common areas. My wireless internet card wouldn't pickup at the end the hall where our room was but did fine in the lobby and common areas. Probably a newer laptop setup would work just fine. The breakfast beat the donuts of other hotels but still was limited, but hey it's included so no complaining. Air conditioner worked extremely well and had to keep turning it warmer. The location is set off of Hwy 7 which is really great, but the view of the shopping mall was so-so. But you can go out the back and bypass some of the traffic. It does take a while to get to the downtown area because of the traffic but that's just Hot Springs for ya. Overall good stay, a little pricey but you usually get what you pay for and we were satisfied.

The staff was very professional and helpful...the rooms were very clean and the baths were very clean and decor was great...the sheets were of good quality that made you feel really comfortable....I having an iron and iron board in my room and not having to call and wait for one if available in other hotels... the breakfast bar was nice w/more hot varieties than expected...(juice and cinnamon roll in most hotels) the hotel is located back off the main street but still was not hard to find with sign visable from main street ...I love that it sits on the hill away from the main street traffic I highly recommend this hampton in to anyone

GREAT STAY
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/24/07
THE ROOM WAS REALLY NICE. COMFORTABLE BED. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. WE WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET A ROOM WITHOUT RESERVATIONS. THE POOL AREA WAS NICE AND CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL WITH A LARGE SELECTION OF FOODS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

very very nice. Could not have found better. Will stay there again.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/24/07
There was nothing we disliked. Everything was very nice. Bed was very good, very clean room and bathroom, reasonably priced for all that you get. We didn't use the pool, spa or internet service but it all must be in keeping with everything else. Thank you for a great nights stay.

This place was awful.
By God's baby girl, 08/07/06
Having paid for the weekend in advance our room was given away without notice. The room they put us in was not ready for occupancy. No AC no refrig. and no room to accomodate three people. The manager nor the staff were helpful. The only thing they gave us were apologies and excuses and that's not what I paid for.

Great value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/22/05
The rooms were very clean. The fridge and microwave is a nice touch. Very nice clean pool and pool area. Service was good for the most part. We did call the front desk at 1030pm requesting more towels...a hour later the front desk called and woke us up to give excuses as to why it was taking so long to bring them. That aside we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel/didn't clean our room until 3:00pm
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/04/04
Rooms were very nice with fridge and microwave. Breakfast buffet very good and stocked. Pool was clean and cool. We left room at 9:30am to go sightseeing on a Sunday when everyone else was checking out. We returned tired, ready to take a nap at 3:00, only to find the sheets off the bed and pillows and blankets thrown around the room. When I called the front desk, they didn't seem concerned and didn't send someone until 30 minutes later. They should have taken care of the guest still staying there before cleaning many empty rooms.
