Holiday Inn Express Dorney Park, Allentown

I disliked the bait and switch tactic over the phone, the size and decore of the room. It was not worth 144 a night. The room was to small, cluttered, the cleanliness was questioned. I can not sleep due to questions of such magnitude.

We booked this hotel because it was right across the street from Dorney! Staff was polite and helpful, rooms clean, free breakfast in am was just enough. I loved that we could literally walk across the street to dorney! We stayed for 2 nights and had no problems what so ever!! Booking again for June 2011!!

staff are rude and irresponsible!!! I got hurt when the access panel in the ceiling of the bathroom fell out hit me in the head and left a bloody scratch down my left leg. I was not given any first aid or even any concern about my injuries.. I was handed a bottle of already used peroxide by christine, who had no first aid kit. 2 days later my head has a lump and my temple hurts and my leg a huge scratch that will scar . then the maid layed the vacuum in front of our door on the floor so when my fiancé ran out after me, after our other room mate said i was hurt, he tripped right over the vacuum and wrenched his back. Now he might need an mri. they are totally unprofessional!!. No one called me for 48 hrs. I had to to call only to be talked to like an idiot by heather who was questioning me in a very rude manner, she kept talking over me and had a rude tone in her voice. Finally i got joseph on the line who at least took the time to listen to me and agreed with the first aid kit issue as well as the maid vacuum placement but never said a word about the access panel hitting me in the head and leg.. my last issue is that breakfast runs till 10am and they cleared everything at 9:50. If you say its till 10 then clear out at 10:01 not 9:50.and we stayed in a 6 person suite and were only given 3 towels... listen holiday in express we live in a beautiful $300,000 home in southern nj and we were treated like trash.. Is it because we have long hair and tattoos?? I guess i should have ran out there bleeding in my sunday dress and prada bag?? Im totally disgusted and will never go to any holiday express inn again.. I might even call my lawyer after i write corporate a letter. This place is an absolute mess stay clear!!! audra~lyonstamerrr@aol.com

I stayed at the Hoiliday Inn for Memorial Day weekend we got there before the check in time (3 pm) we arrived at about 9 am & they accomodated us. The place was clean the beds & bathroom were very nice. Upon check in the hostess was very informative, & also checking out with the manager. The continental breakfast was able to satisfy my 15 year old son, two 18 years olds & an 8 year old. we loiterally walked across the street to the park, it was great.When I go back I know where I'm staying.

NO! They took my American Express card numbers and had a field day with it. They went to NY and Pa and spent thousands of dollars. If you and your family want to stay at a place where they steal credit card numbers then this is the place..... and its right across the street from Dorney Park.. FAMILIES BEWARE!!

Isn't this the Holiday Inn Express that Larry Sinclair stayed at? Boy, that would make this place famous, as he is the messiah for many people.

IT,s nice and clean.But there is no food there.You need to go to mcdounlds or to wendys.Snacks machines do not work all the time.Hope they have WiFi for laptops.

We had a horrific stay there. Tons of kids and very noisy. I will never stay there !! The hotel looks nice but it was not peaceful or quiet and we had a lot of work to do. The staff was not nice either.

We like this place because close to Dorney Park and shopping malls. About the room very clean and good service.
