Your staff should be more professional

We had checked in on 13.10.2007 and I had spent an unnecessary 15 minutes looking for ZEN Spa---given 3 different directions by 3 of your staffs.The swimming pool was closed due to alkaline pH. My children could not enjoy both the Mines Wonderland and Water Taxi due to the heavy downpour.The next morning, we were offered "Centipede -Laced Buffet Breakfast(salad)"in Abdul& Charlie. Andy Au whom we had shown our Friendly Planet discovery to was quick to disappear with the catch but not a word of apology was heard.

i like to see d nightview here, services here is excellent too. yet, tiz resort is far frm d center of city, bt, its nt a problem for me.
