worst experience ever

first of all, we didn't notice at first, but our door didn't even close all the way at the bottom, like it had been kicked in, second, we got back during the evening, and there was a giant bug on our pillow, when we asked the manager to come do something, he got angry that he had to come kill a bug for us,(we were two girls). then, our electricity went out in the middle of the night, so nothing worked by the time we checked out. the lights didn't work. the air conditioner, nothing. then, we go to check out, and our truck is totally blocked in. when we told the manager, he said we "put ourselves in this position, because we parked slightly in the next spot and he had to tell them to go ahead and park behind us." he was not only totally unwilling to help, but completely rude. an hour later, after arguing, the owners finally came out to move their vehicle. we weren't supposed to be charged for our room because of the electricity, but i just saw my credit card statement and the charge is there. i plan on calling them immediately.
