Quality Inn Russellville, Russellville

My sister and I stayed at the Quality Inn two nights. The bathroom was very clean; but carpet is dirty and needs to be replaced. We enyoyed the breakfast meals we had the mornings we were there. The afternoon we checked in on the 2nd. of September, the desk clerk was very friendly and she was very nice. We talked with the part owner and he was nice,too.The last day of our visit the front desk clerk was not so nice. Also, we did not like the idea of carrying our dirty towels around to the front desk to receive clean ones. What were going to put dirty,wet linen in to carry them around to the front desk? Of,course we refused and while we were out the housekeeper left us clean ones. Also the coutyard by the soda machine was very dark and not well lit at night.

my name is mike, i stayed at comfort inn suites on the long weeked of 4th of july...as i had a family reunion. Service: The hospitatiliy was the best that i got, and which made me comfortable to stay, as the name of the motel comfort inn...The staff are very cooperative...even at midnigth you can find the front desk people with a glow of smile on their faces....that really intersting...the room service people were very friendly and they asked many a times for each and every serrvice that we need. Rooms where the best i have ever see with plasama tvs and comfort of the bed was ultimate. To my knowledge that i got from front desk...the motel was opend just couple of months ago...and really looked to be a marvel. Location of the motel is perfect, the walmart is just behind the motel and you can find walgreens, lowes, waffel house and especially the chinese resturant Mulan's.....the food was awesome. it is just beside the motel. Price was same as compare to any other motels. i dont think the price was anything extraordinary from a normal stay at any other motel. Breakfast is another thing that i liked the most. they say it starts form 6am to 9am...and the timming is perfect. i stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was ready by 6am and oh,,my god the people were full and we had to wait for like 15mins to get a seat......the place was big but unfortunately on that day the motel was completely booked...they serve food such as biscuts, sausages, fruits, milk and creals, waffle, jucies and many more........if i taste each of them........then i am done with my complete breakfast.....ha ha ha ha..... Overall the motel is a prefect place to stay with all the utilities available at your next step and finally i would like to thank the front desk people and the service people for the good hopitality that made our family reunion a wonderful event. .
