Radisson on John Deere Commons-Moline, Moline

My family and I have traveled to the John Deere Pavilion many times but in the Spring of 2011, my son and I decided to make a weekend of it and book a room in the Radisson across the street and spend the night after taking in the sites. As we were visiting the Pavilion across the street, I suddenly became ill with what I found out later was the flu. We returned to the hotel for the night and I battled it throughout the night. I want to thank them for the hottest showers I've ever had and for the desk person who provided me with three extra blankets as I suffered through chills all night long. Everyone was very attentive to my needs and even provided me with information on where I could purchase cold medicine or visit an emergency room if necessary and seemed very concerned about me. And prior to feeling sick, we had also eaten in the TGI Friday's attached to the hotel, which was a Godsend considering I was already starting to feel bad by that point and wouldn't have felt like driving around the city looking for somewhere for my son and I to eat. And you couldn't have a better location for things to do!

I stayed at the Radisson this past weekend.The service was good, hotel was very clean and well kept. The location was excellent close to expressway, places to eat and had a little walking path which I used after eating a good meal. Parking also good, I was able to park close to the hotel, however there is ample parking available at no charge. I received a good rate as a walk-in with no reservation. I would stay at this hotel again if I were passing through.

I stayed there for a night on business and enjoyed it. The beds were super comfortable--Sleep Number Beds! The staff was friendly and accomodating. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area and I second the recommendation about Johnny's Steakhouse. The food there is superb. I would definitely stay at the Radisson again.

The staff is great, TGI Fridays is right downstairs or you can have the entire menu for room service. Johnny's Steak House is just across the street-great location! Large clean rooms, good excercise equipment. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the parking, there are few places close up and they go pretty fast. This place is cheaper than the Radisson in Davenport, the parking is free, and the staff is nicer-there's really no comparison.

We only stayed one night, so didn't have a lot of time to judge, but based on what we saw and did, the hotel was very good. The hotel itself (lobby, pool, exercise room) was very nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable with most amenities you would need (no in-room fridges in our room anyway). The beds were the "sleep number" beds and were very comfortable. The free continental breakfast was about the norm: bagels, toast, cereal, coffee and juices. I really liked the location of the hotel as well...right on the river next to the Mark and John Deere Commons. Also, it was a quick drive over to downtown Davenport to join in the Bix festivities there. I would definitely stay there again. I would not, however, order food to go from the attached TGI Fridays restaurant....not so good. Better to just go out and try some of the great local restaurants nearby.
