Horrible stay

My car was broken into. Stole my stereo, money, and other items out of my trunk. Do not stay at this hotel or your car could be broken into. Ruined my vacation

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Called 1-800 SLEEPLQ to ask the difference between Commissionable Rate and Non-commissionable Rate. Staff could not answer. I got put on hold for a long period of time just to have someone come on and ask me if I was a Travel Agent. I am not only not a Travel Agent I am NOT a LaQuinta Inn customer, period.

I just got back from Florida.(dec '07)Had no problems!!!! everybody nice and smiling....personnel 100%....helpfull All services were great...room very clean!!! Great location, nice pool. Actually...No comment....U gotta go there!!!! Thank You for a great place to stay...

Very Good Place

The front desk people were very hospitable and educated(they were not rude at all!). The place was in a fantastic condition. Although the location of the hotel was not best to stay, the atmosphere and the people who worked there were wonderful. Overall La Quinta is a magnificant place to stay at.

Nice Stay

The hotel was in a good location and the rooms where moderate. The security guard was not polite. The majority of the staff did not speak english. Overall the stay was moderate and the rooms were clean. The hotel did not have many advertisement for attraction that are close to their facility e.g. South beach attractions.

- Rude personnel at front desk - Poor quality in room facilities (low rates should not sacrifice basic quality) Matress, pillow cases and bed sheets old and worn out. Windows dirty.
