When I arrived on Sunday afternoon, they were pumping water out of the front door and it was freezing. Once inside the power was out in the lobby and the girl behind the desk said a water pipe had busted. All week long, the lobby smelled from mold, fans were running continuously in the lobby and the ceiling was tore down exposing wires which made the breakfast bar moved to the main lobby by the desk. The staff was very rude and did not seem interested in customer satisfaction and on several occasions during the mornings, there was an employees dog running around in the lobby while people were trying to gather their breakfast from the bar and eat. I would not recommend this hotel again to stay in. The room was fairly clean but there was mold around the side of the tub. Very very dissatisfied.

Completely inadequate customer care, rude and disrespectful staff, spoke poorly about guests in front of other guests. Spent my wedding weekend there in July. Still unhappy with service. I'm not an unreasonable person, however, when I was told that the room would be cleaned once we left for the wedding only to return at 2:00 am and have to got to the front desk to get towels for the morning because our room was never attended to, I was a bit put out. Additionally, when I contacted the manager, she requested more information, which I provided and that was the last that I ever heard from her. No acknowledgement or apology. Not good business. Had several guests booked there and brought in a lot of money for the establishment. Expected better service.
