Comfort Inn Ellensburg, Ellensburg

When we checked in our room was very hot. I turned on the AC. It rattled so loudly we had to put a stuffed chair against to stop the noise. Then it just quit running period. We called the desk only to be told it was our fault for turning the AC up too high. There was NO INSTRUCTIONS on how high we were "allowed" to turn the power control. We were moved to another room with the AC already running and were told not to touch the control panel. If we hadn't been so tired and we caould have found another room elsewhere, we would have NEVER stayed there and we never will again.

This hotel proved that they can provide high quality service even for a not so high price. They have an overly friendly staff which granted my requests right away. Enough facilities on my spacious room like microwave,ref,hairdryer and more.Plus, They have many pillows on my bed :) They also served free breakfast with the best waffles I have ever tasted!

We were tired and needed a place for the night - this hotel is convenient and the staff is nice. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. And in the morning, they served hot breakfast! The place has a very relaxing ambiance.

Aside from the great service, this hotels offers a complete set of amenities not just on the hotel itself, but of course, on your room. They have a hair dryer,in room coffee maker, iron, microwave,ref etc. I forgot the others. They have the complete basics, with a very competitive price.

Comfort Inn Ellensburg offers a soothing ambiance accompanied by the cozy place and the soft beds and pillows. The place is really great. I will definitely go back again! They offer a lot of value added service.

Every time I check into a hotel, I get this I-cant-sleep-cos-im-not-at-home feeling. I have difficulty in sleeping, no matter how cozy the hotel is. But here at Comfort Inn Ellensburg, it is the first time that I didn't feel that weird feeling. Maybe it is because of the very comfortable bed they have to offer, the clean rooms, and a very good ambiance to take a rest. They are also in a good location. I will definitely add Comfort Inn Ellensburg on my "hotels to visit again" list.

This hotel is the cleanest of those I have visited. I didn't see any dirt from the lobby up to my room.I also love the softness of the beds,the room service, the good foods, the free hi speed internet, etc. and of course, the rates! This is a good choice :) You gotta spend a night or two at Comfort Inn Ellensburg :)

The hotel was very very clean. In fact it is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen. The staff was very friendly and approachable which perfectly blends with the cozy aura of the hotel. My bed was so soft for a good night sleep. They offer what a 5 star hotel can also offer, at a lower price :)

We stayed Comfort inn for just one night in Ellensburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and easy access to freeway.We will be back!

although breakfast was not where i like it for a hotel. it was good for the price..Stayed at a couple of 5 star hotels in past and this staff by far out did more expensive hotel.. would recomend this hotel to any one
