Best Service ever had

This is first time i ever seen a hotel when front service staff asked me if i need ride back from parking lot.( it was snowing ) , shuttle driver followed me once i parked my car he brought me back. Next morning they took us to airport and we left our car at hotel. Also we took shuttle 5 in the morning night clerk made us breakfast bag to go beacuse breakfast did t start until 6 that was very nice. I will stay next time at that hotel if i ever fly from Indy or visit to Indy. Pool was bigest pool i ever
 
 
 
 
 
Avoid this dump

I stayed at this hotel on May 30,2009 and the room had a very unusual odor to it. There was no place to park at the hotel and we had to park in the Sam's Club lot and walk to the hotel in the rain. It was raining very hard out on this day and when we entered the hotel the ceiling was leaking and my children were soaked. The window was broken in the hotel room. The breakfast was very cheap and not good. The hours offered for breakfast were from 6:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Also 5 minutes before breakfast ended the hotel staff in the Comfort Sunshine Breakfast area began putting away all the breakfast items and we had to ask for whatever else we needed. Ms. Tina Rothenberg, Front Office Manager, was very unprofessional and when I went downstairs to complain the only resolution offered by Tina was for her to speak with Ms. Dawne Smith, General Manager on June 1, 2009 about my experience. I called guest relations and they placed a call to the hotel and Tina offered a 15% discount on my hotel stay. I declined and stated that this resolution is unsatifactory.

I stayed at this hotel from October 19th through the 25th. It had to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I thought the beds were comfortable and the price was right but everything else was horrible. The day before I left, I discovered that the maid had accidently placed my sleep apnea mask that I wear at night on the floor in the corner of the room. I was a little irritated because I don't know when the last time the carpets were cleaned and my mask, which I put on my face, was face down. After picking it up, it was discovered that the mask was damaged beyond repair. It was impossible to be able to wear it at night without it falling off. It has been almost a month since I left and during that time the hotel is refusing to do anything about it. I finally received a letter from the manager, Dawne Smith, explaining that they are not liable for any damaged property in the room. If anyone is thinking about staying at this hotel, beware of all your property. If it comes up missing or damaged, the hotel will not take responsibility for it. That goes for Tameeka and Andrew who work behind the counter. Dawne Smith the manager and Alex the owner. They will drag their feet, lie to your face but ultimately not do a thing to compensate you for damage that was clearly done by one of their staff. I was also a little surprised by the owner, Alex, who told me that he is going to fire the maid and withhold the price of the mask from her paycheck which will cause her not to be able to pay her rent. He then wanted an official statement to pass along to the police. I guess there is not such a thing as liability insurance. I still have received nothing from them. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Good Hotel wth Great Rates

One of the best run airport hotels! This place is very clean, has a great fitness room and indoor pool. We had to leave for our flight earlier than the breakfast room was open the next morning, so we were given a bagged breakfast for all 5 of us so we wouldn't be starving on the plane . Buyer beware!!!

I used my debit card to reserve the room, which deducted from my account immediately. When we went to check out they said they needed to charge my account again, and the original pending charge would be reversed. Well, my friend used his card instead so I wouldn't be double charged (I didn't have that much in my account). Well 3 weeks later the pending charge was still there. I had to get a "Stay Folio" faxed from the Comfort Inn to my bank showing the transaction, and then the money was credited back. Then, two days later, the charge showed up again has a completed transaction when the manager RESUBMITTED the room charge! When I called them up, the manager MR. Ghoman was extremely rude, and refused to refund my account unless I faxed him the statement from my friend's account showing the charge!! Keep in mind, the previous two times I called there to get the stay folio they had no problem finding the transaction! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Average Stay/Over Charged.

The hotel was clean, easy to find, and provided a conveient location. However, I was charged twice due to a hotel error. The charges are to be reversed, but I am disappointed at the additional time/effort required based on the hotel workers mistakes.
