Holiday Inn Express, Griffin

Presented card to clerk at check-in and check-out and questioned her concerning my status as to me receiving points for my stay. No points ,no free paper . Called back after I didn't receive points no help.

We travel to this area once a month and this will be the last time we stay at this poorly managed hotel. Check in was awful with Katelyn or something to that nature. She could not find our reservation even though we stay here often. Where she walk back & forth to manager asking for help, never did they appear. My wife & I always delt with problems we encounter during our stay, but it seems to be the same problems when we arrive the next time. I don't mind paying $100 for a nice hotel but I have began to think this is a waste of our money. The managers or whomever do not put their own money into this hotel. We go to the pool every once in a while but turn around because the sauna has never worked since we began staying here and the pool looks unkept...well dirty. But not all is bad. The morning crew seems to be a little more caring for their place of buisness. We will look for another hotel in area for future visits.

I stayed at holiday inn express on may 25th with my sister. we thoroughly enjoyed the hotels indoor coridors as well as an elevator. the indoor pool and sauna were well maintained. the lobby had a very clean appearence and smell. we were greeted each time by friendly staff and we were offered newspapers and bottled water at check in. i highly recommed any travelers to stop here at this home away from home.

I rented a room here for my nephew 16th birthday and everything was good they only thing is they need a bigger indoor pool. The service was good and the place was clean. I dont no about the 1st comment but I did not see any of that! I would highly recommend
