the staff were very rude and their information lied. we were looking for a baby crib and on their pamplet it said that cribs were available for free and we had a baby with us so we went to check it out. they had no cribs but offered us a rollawaybed for alternative choice. we accepted and later that night got the bed. two days later we went to breakfast and the staff memeber at the front desk informed us that we had to pay 40 dollars for the bed. we were angry but told him we would pay for it later. he charged the bed on my father's card witout even telling us. later that day we returned the bed so it would only cost 20 dollars. the guy kept calling us and harrassing us all day that he needed a signature. we informed him many times that my dad was at work yet he kept calling we were so upset with the service we checked out early and went to the best western next door which is a wonderful place to stay by the way.

In the city for family hospital stay. It is close to the major highway, and about 5 miles from the hospital. Easy access to and from hospital. Rates were reasonable. I would stay again if I am in the same situation again.
