Unorganized & Poor Service

First of all we had reserved a block of rooms so the WHOLE team could be on the same floor. Unfortunately that did not happen 2 families ended up on other floors. Then they screwed my reservation up by putting me in a room with one bed instead of two so they cancelled that one out & put me in another room. Then we had to move from that room because it hadn't been cleaned (trash still in trash can) & there was ants on the night stand between the beds. So then they finally move us to another room where we stayed. Then the lady that made the reservations for the block of rooms they lost her mom & dad's room (did not have it reserved) so had to find room for them. Then today when I notice my debit card charge they charged me for some pillows that we didn't take and didn't give us the discount promised for the dirty room. We choose this hotel due to it being a higher end hotel & turned out was worse & unorganized. I recommend checking the rooms throughly... paying in cash so you don't get extra charges for something you didn't take (I mean who wants hotel pillows)....
