Excellent Service and aminities
By traveler 1, 12/13/08
As a business traveler, this hotel is my first choice now. The hotel staff is always helpful and knows a lot about the area. I always use their free shuttle because I come to work up at BYU and a local software company and the shuttle is very conventient. If you ever come to visit BYU, ask for the BYU rate!

Nice stay, great location
By Jefferson, 09/04/06
There's nothing lavish about this hotel, but it does the job quite nicely. The beds are made of remarkable the "Tempur-Pedic" memory foam, which are extremely comfortable if you like a soft bed. The staff is friendly, and they sometimes put out free cookies and fruit. They have horrible free coffee, but it's really hard to get a good coffee in Provo, so I can't hold it against them personally. And can you say FREE wireless Internet? For the price, it's a bit more expensive than others in the area, but its location is prime for anyone visiting the local university. In the other direction, there are lots of shops and restaurants off of University Parkway.

Poor choice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/22/06
This hotel is drastically overpriced for comparable hotels within one mile. The pool was not working even though we called ahead of time to verify and were told that it was. The other hotels in close proximity all had breakfast included and their room rates were much lower. The beds were doubles not queens. Overall we were very dissappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bugs and trash
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/29/05
My stay at the Courtyard in Provo was awful. Bugs and trash were found in my room and no one seemed to care.

we won't go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/27/05
It's just another hotel. Old, smelly, bedspreads that have never been washed. It was quiet, I'll give them that. But for $70 in the middle of a run down side of town, it's just not worth it.
