It's okay- may return in future.
I stayed at this hotel during a summer weekend. I myself work at a hotel- front desk. When I checked in, everything was fine, except they do not have an elevator for a *new* 2-story hotel, and I didnt like having to haul heavy luggage up a staircase. At checkout time, I was about 20 minutes late because I wasn't feeling well the night before and had a hard time sleeping. I got a call from the front desk. She asked in a not-so-welcoming way, "How much longer?" She never acknowledged who she was- as far as being a hotel employee, calling from the desk. I said I would be just a couple more minutes and she said "Alright". Maybe the Best Western has different policies for hospitality than the hotel I work at (a Hilton property). I was trained NEVER to be rude to guests- no exceptions; and make them feel as comfortable and welcome as possible. This employee failed pretty bad.
