POOR: They placed us on the 4th floor when lower floors were available;the pool was closed the day we checked in (rain but no lightening), the hot tub had a gritty floor and pieces of crumbled cement; our in-room phone did not work, also no internet connection as promised, the air conditioner wasn't working well and upon leaving a bunch of water fell from the ceiling. No combination for the in room safe. We also found hair on the bathroom floor, tub and in a "clean towel" upon check in. It also is up to 1 hour from Pigeon Forge during heavy traffic which is most of the time! Not enough food for the continental breakfast for the amount of people staying there. NO $ adjustment for all the troubles either. Poor business practices.
