The antebellum-style Clarion Inn Willow River is located approximately six miles from the outlet malls (Beltz and Tanger) and 35 miles from McGhee Tyson Airport. Excellent all around experience!

We stayed in December, beautifully decorated inside & out! Excellent guest services, outstanding deluxe breakfast & exceptionally clean. We did not expect to see all the great amenities for the rate we paid. So needless to say, we were very impressed with our stay & most definitely will stay here again!

The staff was very accommodating and helpful with all of our needs. Hotel was very clean and quiet. My only complaint was the lack of variety with breakfast items (not a fan of biscuits and gravy everyday).

Wonderful!

I loved, loved this hotel!!! I went during the Christmas holidays and the hotel was decorated so beautifully, it was wonderful!! I could have been very happy just staying at the hotel day and night..and forgot the shopping in town. The indoor hot tub and pool were super! I will definitely go back again! The theme of Gone With the Wind was great. I just loved one of the pictures of Rhett and Scarlett together. Its beautiful.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Clarion Inn Willow River. It's a beautiful place, very very clean and furniture/carpet were in excellent condition inside the room and the hallways. Beds were confortable but would have liked a fuller pillow. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Food was good and very plentiful. We will stay there again and will definately reccommend to friends. Our only complaint was the noise from the air conditioner. It was quite loud.

Not disappointed!

The inn was beautiful and clean! Every staff member I met was very friendly:) I enjoyed the river view balcony. Such a peaceful setting. I especially liked the location of the inn....away from the busier section of town. The pools could have been somewhat cleaner but still enjoyed swimming in all of the pools and lazy river. We would definitely return to your inn:)

We never stay anywhere else!

We first saw this place about 10 years ago & thought it would cost too much.It is comparable to others and it is far superior! All of the staff is great esp. Jan and everyone remembers you and what you like and which room you want to stay in! The place is always clean and decorated so nice! My only complaint is that it is getting too crowded in this area!

Never Go Back

I did not like the front desk calling my room at 11:00 p.m.,saying we were making too much noise,my wife and I were both in bed sleeping,the clerk was very rude when I tried to explain this to her. When they get a complaint from another guest they should go too the area and investigate before calling guests that late in the evening,and disturbing them. My wife and also heard the noise earlier before we fell asleep.I guess the bottom line is we will never book again,we usually visit Kodak twice a year and almost always stayed there,but not again

Will Find Another Place to Stay

There was mold growing on the walls behind the wall-paper. We taped it up to keep it from bothering my wife (who has asthma). In addition she is handicapped and they were in process of painting on the outside which meant there were only limited rooms available. This place is pretty much away from everything which may be convenient to some.

Great Place

Nice well kept place. Rooms clean and in good condition. Beds are comfortable. LIke the idea pool open all night. Well kept pool area. Breakfast area very large and clean. Breakfast ordinary like any other free continential breakfast. Outside grounds very well groomed. Outdoor pool not open but looked very nice with lazy river, idea for kids. Many resturants close by and also movie theatre for the kids. Away from the many tourist a few miles down the road.

Wonderful evening service staff! Being a weary family of travelers, it was nice to be greated by Janet. Very clean, decent breakfast, wireless, and overall great suites! The little things count, too. Love the fireplace you can sit on!
