Horrible
When we arrived the front desk was helpful and pleasant, and that was the highlight of the stay. We were placed in a handicap room right next to the stairs, elevators, and an exit door. We may as well have stayed in the hallway since we could hear every slamming door, conversation (inside and outside), and footsteps. This continued until at least 3:00 am when I finally fell asleep, and then started back up at 6:30 am when I woke back up. I complained to the front desk the next day and they told me I could move to a suite for an additional $100, but there was nothing else they could or would do. Really? Not even discount the "suite".
The cleanliness was questionable, but not disgusting.
We were part of a group and others had the same problems, including the second floor, but generally not as bad.
My only positive remarks would be about the breakfast.
