Excellent front-desk staff---very courteous and knowledgeable of local area/amenities. Breakfast staff courteous with overall pleasant attitudes. We'll definitely stay at the Hampton Inn Provo if/when traveling through the area in the future.

Great Hotel

I don't know what that person was talking about in 2007, but it was a nice hotel. It's located right off the freeway in Provo East of the Provo Mall. If you're traveling for business it is a great place they are close to Novell, Nature Sunshine, and Nestle. They had three hot items plus waffles for the kids, cereal, fruit, muffins, and oatmeal. They have these breakfast bags if you don't have time to eat to give you some food on the go. The person that checked us in was very helpful and made us feel like we are a regular guest. They have an indoor pool and spa to relax after a long day at work, shopping at the mall, or skiing at Sundance. .

There are only two things i can say about this place and that is make sure you print out your reservation paper and ask if you want your bed made. My husband and I arrived at this hotel and we reserved a King Smkin rm and all the front desk lady looked at was smkin,we were given 2 doubles.It was only after I got upset about it was anything done,we were told no King rooms were avaiable next we were in one.I have a habit of putting the bedding over the bed so it doesn't look bad and well our bed was not made nor was it changed. Sorry this place is not on my list of good hotels.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The service was excellent and friendly. Room was very clean and warming. The continental breakfast was great. We will not sleep anywhere else but the Hampton Inn. Highly recommended to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay!

A desire to please is evident in all the staff and services. This may be a 2 star, but after staying there 4 days, we feel like we were treated to a 4 star experience. Wonderful room, good bed, good breakfasts, very pleasant staff, good swimming pool and fitness room. Very convenient, right off University Avenue. What else could we want?
