The location was really nice...we didn't realize that the shops and restaurants were right behind the hotel until the next day, so that was nice. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. Let's talk about the service! From the room service, to the technical support for the television, the service was NOT what we expected, having been at the Quest West Suites in Brisbane. The staff was friendly, but non-responsive. Breakfast was missing crucial elements, like butter, milk for the porridge and cups for the coffee. The paper has yet to be at the front door in the morning, although I'm assured that it will be there. This is the last part of our Australia vacation, which has been wonderful. It's a shame to have ended it on such a sour note. I will not be staying here again and plan to recommend to Australia Outback Tours that they not advertise this facility as a 5-star lodging. I wish we were at the Langham or the Crown Casino.

You have abosolutely no privacy, and the service was horrible. the owners kept making us change rooms, and each room was worse than the last.

The service is excellent. The room was comfortable. Most of all I like the location, It was so convenient to everywhere. I love the botanical garden coz I can go there to execrise and the view is so nice.
